  1. Items must be returned within 48 hours  from the date of delivery.
  2. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  3. Certain products, such as custom-made items or clearance products, may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description for details.

  4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 7-12 to reflect in your account.
  • Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 1 day of delivery.
  • Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning the item and will ship the replacement at no additional cost.
