Return and Refund Policy for Reno Materials
General Terms:
We accept returns and offer refunds on most products purchased, provided the items meet the criteria outlined below. Returns must be initiated within 7 Business days from the date of receipt of the product. To initiate a return or request a refund, customers must contact our customer service team with their order details.
Eligibility for Returns:
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition. The product must be returned in its original packaging, if applicable, along with any accessories, manuals, or parts that came with it.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Certain products are non-returnable, including:
- Custom-made or special-order items.
- Clearance or sale items.
- Hazardous materials (e.g., paint, chemicals, gas).
- Opened or used tools, fasteners, or adhesives.
Return Process:
To return an item, contact our customer service team to receive an authorization and instructions for shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 Business days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a return or exchange at no cost to you.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take 7 business days to process, depending on the payment provider. If the item was purchased with a promotional or discounted offer, the refund will not initiated and the items will not be acceptable.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team to request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the exchange is for a higher-priced item, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with a photo and description of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
